Override global calendar preferences
You can now customize calendar settings for specific scheduling links instead of applying the same global preferences to all meetings. This is especially helpful if you manage multiple calendars and want better control over where meetings are scheduled.
Let’s say you have two calendars, one for business and another for personal use.
Previously: All meetings were added to your default calendar.
Now:
Client meetings can be assigned to your business calendar while keeping personal events separate.
Both calendars can be checked for conflicts to avoid double bookings.
You can set custom meeting names and colors to easily identify different events.
This feature helps keep your calendar organized, prevents scheduling conflicts, and makes it easier to manage work and personal commitments separately.
