Clearer integration disconnection emails

We've redesigned the emails NeetoCal sends when an integration disconnects, whether it's a calendar, a video tool, a payment provider, a Google Sheet, email delivery, or Slack. Each email now opens by saying what stopped working.

Below that, you'll see details such as who connected the integration and the reason, plus a button to reconnect it. The email also explains what happens until it's reconnected, such as new bookings getting Jitsi links instead of Zoom, and what happens after.
